At all the buildings we have employed competent
personnel viz:
- Administrator
- Round the Clock Electricians
- Round the Clock Lift Operations
- Plumbers
- DG Operators
- Sufficient Staff for the Cleaning of the Common
Areas
- Round the Clock Security Staff
This Staff is taking care of the following
work on day to day basis:
Round
the clock Security to the Building
- Cleaning and Sweeping of the Common Areas
- Maintenance of Common Water Connection and common
electric connection including the operation of pump
- Common Lighting including payment of its bill
- Operation and Maintenance of Lifts
- Operation and Maintenance of D.G. Set for the Common
Service
- Maintenance of Terraces and buildings
In addition every six monthly a review / inspection
team from our Corporate Office visits the building:
- Periodic maintenance of the Fire Fighting Installations
- Periodic preventive maintenance of all the pumps,
motors
- Periodic maintenance of the Lifts
- Periodic maintenance of the DG Sets
- Periodic White Washing of all the Common Area and
Common amenities and facilities
- Periodic White Washing / Maintenance of the Exteriors
of the buildings
- Periodic Washing of all the Overhead and Underground
Water Tanks
