BEL is a focused real estate company having majority of its activities restricted to Indore. Indore is a commercial hub of Madhya Pradesh and is one of the fastest growing city in the country today. BEL decided to venture in the Residential Space in 2006 with a joint venture with South Asian Reality Fund (SARE). BEL plans to develop “Brilliant Sare Township” located in Bicholi- Hapsi, Indore spread over 100 acres of land in the coming years.
